The State of Hawai‘i Office of Homeland Security is working proactively to prevent, protect, mitigate, and respond to emerging threats in the wake of the conflict overseas. We encourage anyone with relevant information to submit a tip through our Hawai‘i State Fusion Center, and to use the below tables to exercise all available resources to you.

DLEBomb Threat Procedures & ChecklistClick Here (PDF)If a bomb threat is made, your first call should be to 911. Houses of worship and other groups at risk for targeted violence should print and review the DLE Bomb Threat Procedures & Checklist sheet, and keep a copy on hand for staff or patrons to review.
DOHMental Health – AdultsClick HereProvides access to a wide range of mental health services for adults, including suicide prevention and crisis care. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, please utilize the new national crisis line by dialing 988.
