Online Application for Practitioners, APRNs, PAs, and Pharmacies 

Effective 01/01/24, NED’s self-service portal allows new registrants to utilize their eHawaii.gov login information to gain access to their portal.  A new controlled substance application may be submitted online by Practitioners, APRNs, Physician Assistants, and Pharmacies. 

When a license is received by Hawaii Professional and Vocation License (PVL) division, the application process may begin.  An eHawaii login account will be required to gain access into the portal.  Providers should thoroughly and carefully read the instruction sheet to ensure all supporting documents are complete and ready to upload once in the system.  All required fields need to be complete and payment made via credit card to submit a complete application.  Once this is submitted, it will then be in the queue for registration staff to review and approve.
