Search and Rescue (SAR) Exercise

On September 27, 2023, Everett Kaneshige, Statewide Interoperability Coordinator for the State of Hawaii participated in a Search and Rescue exercise to monitor and assist with interoperable communications during the event. Participants included: Honolulu Fire Department (air, sea and ground assets); Honolulu Ocean Safety Division; State Department of Land and Natural Resources, Division of Conservation and Resources Enforcement; United States Coast Guard, (sea and air assets), US Navy (air assets).
