The National Infrastructure Protection Plan identified hospitals and healthcare organizations as critical infrastructure. This course brings planning and management stakeholders from the hospital and healthcare sector together with supporting and impacted community leaders to ensure the resiliency of healthcare infrastructure services in the event of a high-consequence event. Participants will examine preparedness processes and activities, sector dependencies and interdependencies, and discuss resiliency strategies to ensure the sustainability of these facilities and organizations
Participants successfully completing this course will receive a course certificate of completion. Individuals who complete this course in combination with MGT317, MGT343 and MGT345 are eligible for the TEEX Infrastructure Disaster Management Program Certificate. Register online here.
