There are 4 total documents you will need to download and fill out for your application. Once you have filled out each document you can upload your application packet through the submission form below. We suggest reading the Project Narrative Helper before filling out the form. Use the tabs to navigate between the tabs for each part of the application.

Reminder: if you are a private corporation or nonprofit organization, you are not eligible to apply for this grant.
